About Our Products
• Our products are formulated using naturally derived ingredients, avoiding synthetic chemicals, parabens, mineral oils, and other harsh additives.
•Some ingredients may be naturally derived but processed for stability.
•We also maintain transparency by listing full INCI or ingredient breakdowns.
• While many of our ingredients are organic, not all are—for reasons of efficacy, availability, or sustainability.
•When a product is certified organic, we clearly label it and list the certifier
• Yes — we do not test on animals (neither finished products nor individual ingredients).
•Many of our products are vegan.
• Yes, in many cases. We formulate with gentle, botanical-based ingredients and avoid known irritants.
•However, “natural” doesn’t mean zero risk — always patch-test before full use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities (e.g. to nuts, essential oils).
• Yes. For every product, the full ingredient (INCI) list is available on the product page or packaging.
• Because we use natural botanical extracts, variations may occur between batches (due to harvest, climate, season). These differences are cosmetic and don’t affect product safety or performance.
• Most products feature a “PAO” (Period After Opening) symbol (e.g. “6M” = 6 months).
•Unopened products last longer if stored properly (cool, dry, away from direct sunlight).
• We use mild, safe preservation systems such as certain plant-based preservatives, selective use of natural antimicrobials (e.g. Benzyl alcohol in small concentrations), or antioxidants.
•We also package to minimize exposure to air and light (e.g. opaque containers, airless pumps).
Skin Care
• Consider your skin type (dry, oily, combination, sensitive), concerns (acne, aging, pigmentation), and sensitivities.
•Each product page includes guidance.
•If unsure, you can start with a gentle cleanser + moisturizer and gradually layer treatments.
• Skin cell turnover is about 28 days; many users see subtle changes in 2–4 weeks.
•For visible changes (e.g. brightening, smoothing, fading dark spots), consistent use over 8–12 weeks is reasonable.
• Often yes, but it depends. Some botanical ingredients might interact or sensitize skin when combined with strong actives.
•If combining, introduce gradually and monitor for irritation. When in doubt, consult a dermatologist.
• Some do. We disclose any allergenic ingredients, such as nut oils, soy, etc.
•Always review the ingredient list if you have known allergies.
• Many are, but not all. Some essential oils, herbal actives, or high concentrations may not be recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
•We flag products with cautions; always consult your doctor before use.
Hair Care
• For natural hair, 1–2 times per week is common. Over-washing may strip moisture; under-washing may lead to buildup.
•Adjust based on your hair texture, scalp condition, and lifestyle.
• Shampoo: cleanses, removes buildup + oils
•Co-wash: conditioner-based “wash” that is gentler, helps retain moisture
•Alternate between both depending on your hair’s needs.
• Porosity refers to how well your hair absorbs and retains moisture.
•Low porosity: hair repels moisture; high porosity: hair absorbs quickly but loses moisture.
•Knowing porosity helps you choose appropriate leave-ins, oils, and routines.
• Use regular deep conditioning, avoid harsh heat, detangle gently, sleep on silk/satin, trim ends regularly.
•Always review the ingredient list if you have known allergies.
• Yes, but sparingly and with proper heat protectants. Keep temperatures moderate (< 350°F / 175 °C) and don’t overdo it.
• Yes. We avoid harsh sulfates (like SLS), non-water-soluble silicones, and parabens.
•Instead, we use mild surfactants,l like SCI – Sodium Cocyl Isoithenate and safer preservative systems.
•Each product page indicates recommended hair types and textures.
• During the first few weeks, your scalp and hair may adjust. Most users observe improved moisture, shine, and manageability within 3–4 weeks.

• Standard shipping takes 2-3 days; express options take 1-2 days.

• Typically, returns accepted within 7 days if products are unopened (or in original condition).

•Outside those thresholds / areas, standard shipping charges apply.
